Legislative Description

As enacted, requires the department of education, when publishing the list of priority schools, to list all schools in the state in order by success rate from the highest to the lowest; and list all schools in each county and each LEA in order by success rate from the highest to the lowest. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 6.
