Legislative Description

As enacted, limits to $25,000 the amount of compensatory damages awarded to each complaining party for losses in certain retaliatory discharge actions against employers with less than eight employees at the time the cause of action arose. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 21, Part 3.
