As enacted, specifies that a person with a felony sentence of two years or less who is placed on probation based on reaching their release eligibility date may have their probation revoked pursuant to a revocation proceeding; revises other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
