Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes, in Williamson County, the clerks of special juvenile courts and courts of general sessions having juvenile court jurisdiction to collect $75.00 from any person whose case is adjudicated in various instances; designates the fees collected from such adjudications to be used exclusively for the creation and maintenance of new juvenile court facilities; requires vote of legislative body. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 21; Title 16 and Title 37.
