Legislative Description

As enacted, permits the supreme court to commission as senior judge a state trial court judge who was elected at least twice and served at least two full eight-year terms but was not reelected following the judge's most recent term of judicial service. - Amends TCA Title 17, Chapter 2, Part 3.
