Legislative Description

As enacted, changes age group to which offense of underage driving while impaired statute applies from 16–21 to 16–18 and gives judge the authority to order the issuance of a restricted license, including interlock device, to 16–18 year olds committing underage driving while impaired. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
