Legislative Description

As enacted, requires a law enforcement officer, when the officer responds to a report of certain offenses related to domestic violence, to inform the victim of the statewide automated victim information and notification service and to provide certain informational materials, if available. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 38.
