Legislative Description

As enacted, expands eligibility for the issuance of an amateur radio license plate without the $25.00 additional fee to registrants who provide emergency services as part of a squad and whose qualifications are approved by the county emergency management director. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 4, Part 2.
