Legislative Description

As enacted, grants the court discretion to waive the requirement that a fiduciary request court approval for any change in the nature of any investment if a minimum balance is maintained and other requirements are met; adds income-producing property to list of approved investments. - Amends TCA Title 34, Chapter 1 and Title 35, Chapter 3.
