Legislative Description

As enacted, makes various revisions to an LEA’s policies on harassment, intimidation, bullying, or cyber-bullying; requires that an investigation be initiated within 48 hours and that an appropriate intervention be initiated within 20 calendar days of receipt of the report. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 45.
