Legislative Description

As enacted, requires all pleadings and records filed in a termination of parental rights case in chancery or circuit court to be placed under seal and not subject to public disclosure, in the same manner as those filed in juvenile court, unless otherwise provided by court order. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 1.
