Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes Pigeon Forge adopt an ordinance to prohibit the construction or operation of any licensed manufacturer within 1,000 feet of the state right-of-way of U.S. Highway 441 within the corporate limits of such city; not applicable to any licensed manufacturer in operation and open to the public before or on the effective date of this act. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 2 and Title 57, Chapter 3.
