Legislative Description

As enacted, creates the offense of using an unmanned aircraft to fly within 250 feet of a critical infrastructure facility for the purpose of conducting surveillance of, gathering evidence or collecting information about, or photographically or electronically recording, critical infrastructure data. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
