Legislative Description

As enacted, enacts the "Campbell/Falk Act," which establishes the right of certain persons to petition to require a conservator to grant communication, visitation, or other interaction with the respondent. - Amends TCA Title 34, Chapter 1; Title 34, Chapter 3 and Title 71, Chapter 6, Part 1.
