As enacted, urges the Tennessee Valley Authority to take steps to reopen the bridge spanning the confluence of the Caney Fork and Collins Rivers, which is commonly known as the Great Falls Dam, for thoroughfare traffic connecting White and Warren counties. - Amends TCA Title 54 and Title 55.
