Legislative Description

As introduced, requires candidates for mayor and the board of commissioners to be current residents of the city for at least one year; gives the commissioner of finance and taxation general supervision of the library; removes attendance requirements for the mayor and commissioners; permits the board of commissioners to perform the duties of the city administrator. - Amends Chapter 15 of the Private Acts of 2013.
