Legislative Description

As introduced, subject to local approval, authorizes the metropolitan council of the metropolitan government of Lynchburg, Moore County to direct the county election commission to conduct an advisory, nonbinding referendum on the question of whether to levy a property tax increase, with the proceeds from such increase to be used exclusively to fund public school renovations.
