Legislative Description

As introduced, requires the chairs of the transportation and safety committee of the senate and the transportation committee of the house of representatives to make the findings and recommendations of the advisory task force, which studied the revenue measures regarding aircraft and airport facilities in this state, the funding available to airports, and the effect of such funding on the needs of the air carrier and general aviation airports, available to any member of the general assembly upon request. - Amends TCA Title 67.
