As introduced, reduces, from seven to five days, the time period in which the department must return the fee paid by a taxpayer who requested an expedited letter ruling when that request is denied by the commissioner. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 9; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 67.
