Legislative Description

As enacted, specifies that service of process for juvenile court proceedings may be completed by any individual authorized to serve process under the Rules of Civil Procedure or the Rules of Juvenile Procedure, including, but not limited to, a sheriff, constable, or private process server. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 8; Title 36 and Title 37.
