Legislative Description

As introduced, requires each department of state government to submit to the government operations committee of the senate and the government operations committee of the house of representatives documentation of three to five measureable activities of the department; requires the government operations committee of the senate and the government operations committee of the house of representatives to evaluate the departments' measureable activities and produce a department score card. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 1.
