Legislative Description

As introduced, establishes that parent who is awarded sole custody of child is not obligated to provide future child support for the child to noncustodial parent while custodial parent maintains sole custody; authorizes parent who is awarded sole custody after child support is ordered by court to petition for modification of child support order. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 71.
