Legislative Description

As introduced, extends, from 20 days to 30 days after the date the division of property assessments publishes notice of the availability of the proposed use value schedule in a newspaper, the deadline by which a petition must be filed by owners of agricultural, forest, or open space land to convene a hearing of the state board of equalization. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 5, Part 10.
