Legislative Description

As enacted, creates one additional trial court each in the sixteenth, nineteenth, and twenty-first judicial districts; requires the speaker of the senate and the speaker of the house to establish an advisory task force to review the composition of Tennessee's current judicial districts. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 14; Title 8, Chapter 7; Title 16; Title 17; Title 18, Chapter 4 and Title 18, Chapter 5.
