Legislative Description

As enacted, extends the regional transportation authority of Middle Tennessee for two years to June 30, 2020; requires the authority to report back to the committee by December 31, 2018 concerning the findings in its 2017 performance audit report. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 64, Chapter 8.
