As enacted, extends the Tennessee bureau of investigation three years to June 30, 2021; requires the bureau to report back to the committee concerning the findings in its 2018 performance audit report. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 38, Chapter 6.
