As introduced, extends the Construction Manager/General Contractor Services Pilot Program by four years until July 1, 2023; deletes requirements that legislative proposals to re-enact or extend the program be referred to the transportation and safety committee of the senate and the transportation committee of the house of representatives. - Amends TCA Title 54, Chapter 1.
