Legislative Description

As introduced, requests department of economic and community development to study the recruitment of companies that focus on the development of biotechnology and stem cell therapies, research, and development; requires department to report its findings and recommendations on or before February 1, 2020, to the commerce and labor committee of the senate and the commerce committee of the house of representatives, if such study is conducted. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 67 and Title 68.
