Legislative Description

As introduced, requires the department to study the feasibility of adding direct primary care as a covered benefit under one or more of the basic health plans approved by the state insurance committee for eligible state employees and to report its findings and recommendations no later than December 31, 2019. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
