Legislative Description

As introduced, extends the time before an election, from 45 days prior to 50 days prior, that a county election commission must publish in a newspaper of general circulation a notice advising elderly voters and voters with a disability that if such voters' polling places are inaccessible, such voters have the right to vote early by absentee ballot or at the election commission office on election day. - Amends TCA Title 2.
