Legislative Description

As introduced, prohibits a motor vehicle insurance company from denying coverage on an employer's company vehicle while the vehicle is being operated by an employee within the scope of employment and with a valid driver license, regardless of whether the employee has one or more moving violations under title 55; "scope of employment" includes driving from the employee's residence to place of employment and back. - Amends TCA Title 50; Title 55 and Title 56.
