As introduced, imposes strict liability on a company doing business in this state for the purpose of providing dockless electric scooter rentals for injuries incurred by minors using the company's electric scooter regardless of whether the minor was riding with or without parental permission or in violation of a local ordinance. - Amends TCA Title 28 and Title 29.
