As introduced, removes provision that requires TACIR to report to the chairs of the commerce committee of the house of representatives and commerce and labor committee of the senate by January 1, 2021, on the impact of the Competitive Wireless Broadband Investment, Deployment, and Safety Act of 2018 after the report is given. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 12; Title 13; Title 65; Title 66 and Title 67.
