Legislative Description

As enacted, requires the department to report to the fiscal review committee, at least annually, regarding any new clawback rights being executed by the department during the current year, as well as any clawback rights from previous years that are still being collected by the department during the current year. - Amends TCA Title 3; Title 4; Title 8; Title 9 and Title 12.
