Legislative Description

As introduced, requires the comptroller to post a copy of any final actuarial study of the medical assistance program and participating managed care organizations to the comptroller's publicly accessible website; requires the comptroller to post a draft copy of the study to the comptroller's publicly accessible website before reporting the final study to the general assembly. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 33; Title 56 and Title 71.
