Legislative Description

As introduced, requires the commissioner of finance and administration to conduct a review of other states' length of service award programs, if any exist; requires the commissioner to file a report with the state and local government committee of the senate and the state government of the house of representatives no later than February 1, 2021, that details the results of the review and the commissioner's recommendations as to the viability and effectiveness of implementing such a program in this state. - Amends TCA Title 8.
