Legislative Description

As enacted, extends the commission on children and youth to June 30, 2024; requires the commission to appear before the senate government operations committee no later than April 30, 2021, to update the committee on the commission's progress in addressing the findings set forth in the comptroller's June 2019 performance audit report. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 37, Chapter 3, Part 1.
