As enacted, corrects a cross-reference in regard to the standards that apply to certain donations of food; changes the level of carelessness that gives rise to liability for damage caused by certain food donors from negligence to gross negligence; makes other changes concerning food donations. - Amends TCA Title 53, Chapter 13.
