Legislative Description

As enacted, removes discretion for the registers, or other public officers whose duty it may be to keep an index of public records, to maintain separate indices for records maintained in the office of the county register; authorizes registers and such officers to maintain all indices by electronic means. - Amends TCA Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 2.
