Legislative Description

As enacted, adds the offenses of promoting the prostitution of a minor and patronizing prostitution from a person who is younger than 18 years of age or has an intellectual disability as sexual offenses for which a person may not qualify for judicial diversion. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.
