Legislative Description

As introduced, changes the date, from February 15 to March 1, by which each motor vehicle dealer must submit to the motor vehicle commission an annual sales report indicating the number of motor vehicles sold during the preceding calendar year, the number of dealer registration plates issued to the dealer during the year, and the county or counties in which the plates were issued. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 55 and Title 67.
