Violations of Tennessee Code Section 70-4-106 subsections (a) and (b) related to wildlife resources are classified as Class B misdemeanors, punishable by a fine only not exceeding $500 per violation

Courts may revoke the license of any person convicted under these wildlife resource violations

Revoked licenses must be surrendered to the court and transmitted to the arresting officer to become part of the prosecution record

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
