Adds the Classic Learning Test (CLT) as an accepted standardized test alongside the ACT and SAT for Tennessee student financial aid eligibility, including programs requiring minimum scores of 18, 21, or 29

Authorizes Tennessee public institutions of higher education to accept CLT scores for admission purposes

Directs the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation to establish concordant CLT score equivalents to ACT and SAT scores through administrative rulemaking
