Requires mandatory transfer to adult criminal court for juveniles aged 16 or older who have any prior delinquency adjudication and face new criminal charges, upon a finding of probable cause

Transfer is mandatory unless the juvenile is committable to an institution for the developmentally disabled or mentally ill

Requires written notice to the child and parent/guardian at least 14 days prior to the transfer hearing

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 37-1-131 by deleting subdivision (g)(1)(B)

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
