Creates the "Courthouse Square Revitalization Act" allowing municipalities in counties with populations of 30,000 or less to designate courthouse square revitalization zones and receive state sales and use tax revenue generated within those zones

Limits participation to a maximum of 6 projects statewide, with no more than 2 projects selected from each grand division of Tennessee

Requires municipalities to apply to the Department of Finance and Administration for zone approval, including metes and bounds descriptions and property maps

Funds distributed to municipalities must be used exclusively for maintaining and improving courthouse square viability, including infrastructure, marketing, and loans or grants to public or private entities

Effective July 1, 2025; municipalities already receiving allocations under the 2005 pilot project as of June 1, 2015 will continue receiving their existing allocations
