Expands Tennessee's unlawful photography law to criminalize photographing someone's intimate areas without consent when done for sexual gratification, even in public locations where the individual would otherwise have no expectation of privacy

Creates a new offense for photographing intimate areas with intent to offend, intimidate, embarrass, ridicule, or harass the victim when the images are disseminated or threatened to be disseminated

Establishes tiered felony classifications: Class E felony for basic violations, Class D felony when a minor under 13 is used to facilitate the offense, and Class C felony when the victim is under 13 or the defendant abused a position of trust

Requires mandatory sex offender registration for convictions under the primary unlawful photography provisions

Takes effect July 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
