Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 7-36-110(f) to establish meeting requirements for utility authority boards, including regular monthly meetings and special meetings called by the chair or any board member

Requires a majority of directors to be present for board meetings, with all actions requiring a majority vote of eligible directors

Authorizes board members to receive necessary traveling expenses and meeting attendance allowances consistent with those provided to directors of municipal electric systems under § 7-52-110

Extends compensation authorization to boards of energy authorities or utility authorities created by private acts of the general assembly

Took effect upon becoming law on March 28, 2025 (passed March 10, 2025)
