Department of Military must pay 100% of resident in-state tuition plus undergraduate course fees or master's degree program fees for eligible Tennessee National Guard members attending public educational institutions

Adds definitions for "mandatory fees" (parking, technology, library fees), "master's degree program fees," and "undergraduate course fees" to clarify covered educational costs

Increases maximum covered semester hours from 120 to 130 semester hours and removes the eight full-time equivalent semesters alternative limit

Members suspended from federal tuition assistance due to academic performance or recoupment become ineligible for state tuition reimbursement

Applications for tuition reimbursement must be submitted within 45 days of course completion, and the Department of Military must publish fee payment policy on its website by August 1 each year
