Establishes the Career and Technical Education Curriculum Fund with an intended annual recurring appropriation of $5,000,000 from the general fund

Grants available to LEAs and public charter schools for acquiring, retaining, or expanding digital career and technical education curricula, including platforms with lesson plans, media-rich content, and interactive assessments

Department of Education will administer the fund and establish application procedures, award criteria based on demonstrated need and workforce alignment, and reporting requirements

Unexpended funds carry forward each fiscal year and cannot be diverted to the general fund or other public funds

Effective July 1, 2025, contingent on appropriation through the general appropriations act
