Amends Tennessee Code Section 56-7-2328 to expand definitions related to contraceptive coverage in health insurance law, defining "contraceptive" as any device, medication, biological product, or procedure intended to prevent pregnancy, whether for contraception or other health needs

Extends coverage requirements to include TennCare (Medicaid) and CoverKids programs, along with managed care organizations contracting with the state to provide these programs

Defines "health benefit plan" broadly to include hospital, surgical, and medical expense policies, HMO contracts, employer-offered plans, and state-administered plans

Excludes limited-benefit policies such as accident, dental, vision, disability income, long-term care, Medicare supplement, and workers' compensation insurance from the requirements

Changes the implementation date from July 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026
